Relators, Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. (“PEI”), Pinnacle Project Services, Inc. (“PPSI”), Jeffery A. Liggett, and Terence F. Townend, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court’s order in the underlying case 1 requiring that they turn over certain computer and network server hard drives and native-format documents.
