A secured creditor seeks to set aside a tax sale involving certain real estate formerly owned by a debtor because the sale occurred while the debtor’s bankruptcy was pending and while the automatic stay of all legal proceedings against the debtor was still in effect. 1 The plaintiff, secured creditor Norwest Mortgage, Inc.
