This is a patent case. Plaintiff CFMT, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Wilmington, Delaware. Plaintiff CFM Technologies, Inc. (“CFM”) is a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business in West Chester, Pennsylvania. CFMT, Inc. is the owner of U.S. Patent Nos. 4,778,532 (the ’532 patent) and 4,917,123 (the ’123 patent). CFM is the exclusive licensee under the patents.
