This is a proceeding in error from the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county, and it is sought to reverse the judgment of the court below upon a question of law and fact. The question involved pertains to the right to recover, by way of contribution, certain proportionate shares of a judgment of some $14,000 recovered in the court below by the defendants in error, H. A. Combes, U. R. Wagner, W. Cochran, A. L. Cochran. and H. T. Buss, plaintiffs there, against the plaintiffs in error, Frank Rell and D. J. Blakemore, defendants below.
