MEMORANDUM ORDER
CINDRICH, District Judge.
This is a wrongful termination of employment case. Plaintiff had been employed as a drug and alcohol counselor at defendant Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center (the “Center”) since 1974. In this action, Plaintiff alleges that defendant violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 43 P.S. § 951 et seq., and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
