BARNES, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, granting appellees’ motion to dismiss, and dismissing the cause of action and appellant’s com*500plaint and amended complaint as to all appellees.

The dismissal was “for the reasons stated in the Court’s opinion of August 2,1965.” That opinion was not published and does not appear in the record before us.
