Everspeed Enterprises (“Everspeed”), the disponent owner of the marine vessel, Bunga Saga 9, contends that Skaarup Fortune Shipping (“SFS”) breached its obligation under the charter party 1 to charter the vessel from approximately July 21, 2008 to at least December 15, 2010 at a rate of $56,500 per day.
