NEWSOM, Circuit Judge:

Following several distressing encounters with Miami-Dade Transit bus drivers, Charles Silberman filed a pro se action against MDT under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq. , and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 . Still ably representing himself, Silberman now appeals the district court's order granting MDT's motion to dismiss.
