*25This is an original action1 brought before this court by James S. Campbell, attorney, seeking a permanent injunction to enjoin the alleged unauthorized practice of law by William S. Ellis, Jr., as trustee for the creditors and stockholders of Kula Development Corporation, a dissolved Hawaiian corporation.

At the. time of corporate dissolution Mr. Ellis was both a stockholder and a director. By operation of law2 he and other directors became trustees for the creditors and stockholders. The records at the State Department of Regulatory Agencies show that thereafter all of Mr. Ellis’ co-trustees…
