The defendant, New Canaan Alarm Company, Inc., appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Alarmax Distributors, Inc., on its breach of contract claim. On appeal, the defendant claims the trial court improperly (1) determined that the plaintiffs claim was not barred by the four year statute of limitations in General Statutes § 42a-2-725 and (2) awarded finance charges. We are unpersuaded by the defendant’s statute of limitations claim, but agree as to the award of finance charges. Accordingly, we affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment of the…
