Tbe complaint charges ordinary negligence in two respects, namely, that the railroad company carelessly allowed snow and ice to accumulate on the car steps, causing plaintiff to slip and injure herself, and that the defendant’s brakeman assisted the plaintiff to ascend the car steps in a careless and negligent manner and thereby caused her to be thrown against a railing near the car entrance and injured.
