This is a trustee process in which the plaintiff seeks to hold certain dividends declared by the referee in bankruptcy in favor of the principal defendant Alden.

September 20, 1904, the Megunticook Woolen Company of Camden was adjudged bankrupt by the U. S. District Court and the defendant Moore was appointed its trustee in bankruptcy. Among the claims against the estate allowed by the referee were notes in favor of the defendant Alden amounting to $7000 and a preferred claim in his favor for $300.
