This is a proceeding in aid of execution in which the plaintiff in error, Sam M. McMorran, the plaintiff in the lower court, seeks through a garnishee process which was served upon Marion B. Owen, the trustee in bankruptcy of Ottie D. Clark, to reach certain moneys in the United States Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
