This is a trial for the right of 21' bales of cotton. The appellee, Wichita Falls Warehouse Company, sued the Northwest Compress .Company for the cotton and sequestered the same. The appellant, King-Collie Company, filed its affidavit and bond for the trial of the rights of property. The issues tendered by appellee are to the effect that it was in the warehouse business, and that it received the cotton in its warehouse on storage, and as such was entitled to the possession and had the ownership of the cotton; that it was unable to give the names of the owners of the cotton; and…
