Tbe City of Hattiesburg, appellant, brought this suit in tbe Chancery Court of Forrest County against L. & A. Contracting Company, appellee (called company), to enjoin violations of its zoning regulations. Since tbe company’s property was subject to a nonconforming use, an injunction was sought against violations of tbe zoning ordinance by the extension of such use. Tbe chancery court sustained tbe company’s general demur rer to the hill of complaint, and the city declining to plead further, its hill was dismissed. Roy A.
