James Robert Porter was convicted of three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree under Minn.Stat. § 609.345, subd. 1(b) (victim under the age of 16) and three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree under Minn.Stat. § 609.345, subd. 1(c) (use of force or coercion to accomplish sexual contact) in a jury trial conducted by Washington County District Court Judge Kenneth J.
