I concur in the majority opinion to the extent it recognizes that all of the issues in this case are moot in light of the Public Service Commission’s January 2013 approval of tariffs for KCP & L which supersede the tariffs at issue in this appeal. As the majority explains, because of the Commission’s approval of the superseding tariffs, and because no party sought to stay the effectiveness of the tariffs authorized in 2011, this Court cannot provide the parties with any meaningful relief with respect to the 2011 order.
