In this putative class action, Plaintiffs Andrew Tan (“Tan”) and Raef Lawson (“Lawson,” and together, “Plaintiffs”) sue Grub Hub Holdings Inc. and GrubHub Inc. (“GrubHub” or “Defendants”), a service that provides food delivery to customers via an on demand dispatch system.
