Sosa, M.D. (“Petitioners”), petition this court for a writ of prohibition vacating the order of the Polk County Circuit Court denying their motions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction over the medical malpractice survival and wrongful-death action filed by Respondent Teresa Harris, Special Administratrix of the Estate of Tommy M.
