In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Jiudice, J.), entered April 7,1983, as, after a jury trial, fixed damages in the principal amount of $14,000, and defendants Arbaiza cross-appeal from so much of the same judgment as was in favor of plaintiffs on the issue of liability and determined that said defendants were 100% at fault.

Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and new trial granted as to both liability and damages.
