T1 Appellant Raintree Estates I, Inc., d/b/a Silver Ridge Townhomes, a/k/a Rain-tree Estates I Condominiums Homeowners Association (The Association) seeks review of the trial court's order directing the distribution of proceeds of a Commissioners Report to individual condominium unit owners in a condemnation action filed by Plaintiff City of Tulsa (The City).
