LANSING, Judge.

Jose Remington pleaded guilty and was convicted of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, I.C. § 37-2732(a)(1)(A). On at least one of these charges he was sentenced under I.C. § 37-2739B(b)(2), which provides a five-year minimum sentence for committing a violation of I.C. § 37-2732(a)(l)(A) within one thousand feet of a school zone. Remington subsequently filed an application for post-conviction relief, alleging that he received ineffective assistance of counsel in the criminal action.
