LANSING, Judge.
Record Steel & Construction, Inc. brought this action against Martel Construction, Inc. for breach of contract. The complaint was dismissed by the magistrate court, and the involuntary dismissal was affirmed by the district court acting in its appellate capacity. Record Steel now appeals from that decision. Record Steel also challenges the amount of attorney fees awarded to Martel by both the trial court and the district court.
