In this suit the plaintiffs-appellants, Ruth Valentine and Richard Valentine, wife and husband, seek to cancel and set aside a certain written instrument conveying real estate in Harrison county, Iowa, to the defendants-appellees, James Read and Mattie Frazier. The basis for the relief prayed is fraud. Such fraud, the appellants contend,' was perpetrated upon them by the appellees’ attorney, Mr. Paul Roadifer, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
