This is a dispute between two debtors who have reorganized under chapter 11 plans confirmed by this court. A motion for summary judgment raises two principal questions: Has there been an amendment to a timely proof of claim filed in one ease by a pleading filed prior to the bar date in the present adversary proceeding, which is part of the other case?
