DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO A LATE CLAIM
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this case, which is pending under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, the trustee has objected to a claim filed by Three Rivers Federal Credit Union because it was filed after the claims bar date. In response, the Credit Union contends that, for equitable reasons, the court should rely upon Rule 5005(c) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and treat the claim as having been timely filed or should consider it as an amendment to an earlier, informal proof of claim which relates back to the…
