A verdict for the plaintiff must be directed for the sum of $2,400, with interest thereon at three per cent, as provided by the agreement between the parties, from December 31, 1916, to July 12, 1917, and thereafter with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum to the date of the entry of the verdict.
