This appeal involves a contract for the sale of real property owned by an estate. The property was originally owned by Fannie Pharr, who executed a will in 1944 providing for the disposition of the property. Pharr died in 1958. Her will directed that all of her property be given to her five nephews and nieces and that certain property, the real property at issue in this case, be held intact until all of the nephews and nieces had died.
