MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.

On April 29, 2005, the Court revoked defendant Ralph J. Prepetit’s supervised release in the above-captioned case and sentenced him to 24 months imprisonment.
