We have before us plaintiff’s motion to overrule defendant’s objection to plaintiff’s supplemental interrogatory no. 4, which read as follows:

4. Has suit ever been brought against you by any person you had arrested for shoplifting at the Ex-ton, Pennsylvania store in the past five (5) years?

Defendant objects to this interrogatory as being *111irrelevant and immaterial to the instant litigation and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4003.
