OPINION
Defendant has moved, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b) for summary judg*162ment on the three causes of action alleged in plaintiff’s complaint. These causes of action charge respectively: (1) a breach of plaintiff’s 1969 personal services contract; (2) a breach of plaintiff’s 1970 personal services contract; and (3) injury to plaintiff’s good name, reputation, and career as a result of his allegedly wrongful dismissal.
