This action was heard by his honor, Judge Kershaw, upon exceptions to the report of the master, and now comes on to be heard in this court upon an appeal from the decree of the Circuit Judge.
It seems that the plaintiffs brought an action in the Court of Common Pleas for Orangeburg County to restrain the defendant Andrews from cutting down and disposing of by sale the timber growing upon a certain tract of laud of which Mrs. Ann C.
