FLY, Associate Justice.

— This is a suit for $1500 alleged to be due appellant on a 'contract of employment for two years at $250 a month, from October 1, 1906, to September 30, 1908. Appellee admitted the execution of the contract and alleged that appellant was discharged on April 30, 1907, for sufficient cause. The jury returned a verdict for $250 in favor of appellant for the month of April, 1907, less $40 due on railroad credentials, and on that verdict judgment was rendered.
