OPINION OF THE COURT

SEITZ, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion of defendant-appellant, E. I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company (“Du Pont”), for the disqualification of attorneys representing plaintiff American Roller Company (“American Roller”) in a suit against Du Pont, William Budinger (“Budinger”) and Rodel, Inc. (“Rodel”). In accordance with prior decisions in this circuit, we find the order to be appealable under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 (1970). See Richardson v.
