John Baird appeals from an order of contempt entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. We reverse.. A former business partner of John Baird brought a civil action against Baird alleging that he had wrongfully removed money from the check cashing business they operated together. The plaintiff filed an emergency petition asking the court to enter an order enjoining Baird from further depleting the assets of the business while the underlying action was pending.
