Huebner v. Miles

Plaintiff-appellant, David A. Huebner, appeals a decision of the Madison County Court of Common Pleas granting judgment in favor of the village of West Jefferson and James Miles, the Mayor of the village of West Jefferson (collectively “the village”).

On July 16, 1984, the village council repealed village Ordinance 72-1700, Section 72.31 which gave village taxpayers credit against their tax liability for taxes paid to other municipalities.
