Defendant, Great Northern Insurance Company, appellant, alone appeals from a declaratory judgment entered January 12, 2000, providing that policies of insurance issued by plaintiff, Progressive Insurance Company and The Harleysville Insurance Companies are not responsible for coverage of injuries to defendant Tara Glenn, which occurred April 18, 1997, when the defendant, Steven Hart, riding as a passenger, touched or grabbed the steering wheel of the vehicle being operated by Ms. Glenn.1 The vehicle was owned by Ms. Glenn’s father.
