This is a condemnation action filed by the Henry County Water & Sewerage Authority to acquire 12.52 acres of land for Henry County’s Tussahaw Reservoir. Following a jury trial on the issue of value, the jury awarded Latrelle Brewster Adelson $532,350. The Water Authority appeals, contending the trial court made several errors regarding evidentiary matters which prejudiced the jury and allowed the jury to consider improper items of damages.
