This action is before the court on the court’s Order of August 13, 1993 [#68-1] [August Order]. In the August Order, the court granted defendants Docu-Fax, Inc. [Docu-Fax], Business Communications, Inc. [BCI], and Gary Hill [collectively “business defendants”]’ motion to compel arbitration, and directed the parties, including defendants Herb and P.L.
