Gaylon Hayden, a participant in Martin Marietta Materials, Inc.’s long-term disability plan (“the Plan”), appeals from two adverse judgments in her suit for long-term disability benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
