This is a mortgage foreclosure action wherein the mortgagee foreclosed upon two tracts of real property, covered by a single mortgage, located in both Sedgwick and Cowley Counties. The owner defaulted in making an appearance, and in taking judgment a journal entry with an erroneous provision was submitted by counsel to the trial court pursuant to which judgment was entered on July 17, 1956, ordering, among other things, if the judgment was not paid within three days, the clerk to issue an order of sale “directed to the Sheriff of Sedgwick…
