MICHAEL, Circuit Judge:

FPC Holdings, Inc. (FPC) petitions for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board’s order found that FPC violated the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), (3), by reprimanding and ultimately discharging two employees for engaging in protected concerted activities.
