COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a suit for accounting brought by Dovie H. Walling, one of the residuary legatees under the will of T. B. Hubbard, against Lorece B. Hubbard, individually and as independent executrix of the estate of Gilvie Hubbard. Gilvie Hubbard was the other residuary legatee under the will of T. B. Hubbard and was the independent executor of his estate. By stipulation the appellant restricted her claim for an accounting to sums retained by Gilvie Hubbard as executor’s commissions.
