Plaintiff Lynn Martin, Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor (“Secretary”), brings suit against defendant ConAgra, Inc., doing business as Northwest Fabrics and Crafts (“NWF & C”), under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (“Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., to enjoin NWF & C from violating certain provisions of the Act.
