State Ex Rel. Reeves v. Shain

This case came to the writer on reassignment. Certiorari to the judges of the Kansas City Court of Appeals bringing up the record in the case of Mulanix v. Reeves, reported in 112 S. W. (2d) 100, where a detailed statement of the facts may be found. We condense them.
