The appellant, William Leonard Radney, was found guilty in a bench trial of failure to register as a sex offender, a violation of § 13A-11-200, Ala.Code 1975; failure to register as a convicted felon,1 a violation of § 13A-11-8, Ala.Code 1975; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a violation of § 13A-12-260, Ala.Code 1975. -He was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment for failing to register as a sex offender, to 30 days’ imprisonment for failing to register as a convicted felon, and to 30 days’ imprisonment for possession of drug paraphernalia.
