Rogers appeals from his jury conviction for (1) conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 846, (2) possession with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1), (3) using a communication facility in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 843, and (4) conspiracy to import marijuana in violation of 21 U.
