This case comes here upon a report of the action of the Superior Court in overruling the demurrer of the several defendants to a bill in equity brought against Cifrino, Supreme Markets, Inc., and Superior Realty Co., Inc.

The plaintiff is a corporation engaged in operating retail grocery and food stores, and in operating departments in such stores of others. The defendant Superior Realty Co., Inc., owned a store in the Dorchester district of Boston which it leased to the defendant Supreme Markets, Inc., and on March 12, 1935, Supreme Markets, Inc., leased under seal a department in that store…
