In this action, Plaintiff Scott Luellen brings suit against his estranged biological father, Russell Luellen, Jr., for purportedly taking and spending, back in 1992, Plaintiffs share of an inheritance from an estate for which Plaintiffs biological mother was the sole executrix. Am. Compl., ECF No. 52.
