Reversing.

James Lawson brought tbis suit against tbe Burke Hollow Coal Company charging that it bad without bis consent entered upon bis land, and mined 602 tons of bis coal, and after tbis bad taken from tbe pillars between the rooms 212 tons more of bis coal, leaving bis land and coal in such a condition that tbe passage to tbe remainder of bis coal was closed up, and at least 500 tons more bad been lost to him. The defendant by its answer denied mining 602 tons of bis coal, or any coal in excess of 400 tons, or that it took out from tbe pillars…
